Alannah Maunder is Counsel at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2024. Alannah articled with a personal injury firm prior to joining an insurance defence law firm. She has experience handling a variety of matters including personal injury, property damage, subrogation and accident benefit claims. Alannah has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Courts and Licence Appeal Tribunal. Alannah is detail oriented and passionate about obtaining the best outcome for her clients.
