Dana handles a wide variety of files from large construction losses to brain injury cases. Dana received her undergraduate degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Radio and Television Arts. She went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the British Columbia bar in May 2009. Dana has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and has been involved in trials, summary trials and many chamber applications. Dana is a fierce advocate for her clients and particularly enjoys handling cases where she can maintain Aviva’s defensible position.
