About Lawyer

Jen joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in March of 2024. Prior to this, she practiced for over fourteen years as a partner at Daniel & Partners LLP with a focus on insurance defence litigation. Her areas of practice include auto, commercial, occupier’s liability, personal injury and coverage issues. 

Jen has appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court. 

Personal Interests

Beyond her legal career, Jen can be found participating in a hot yoga class, cooking or searching the shores of Lake Ontario for beach glass.
