About Lawyer

Melika Dabirian is a tort lawyer at the Oakville office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2021. Prior to this she articled at an insurance defence boutique law firm, before working as a personal injury lawyer in Toronto.  Her exposure to both sides of litigation has provided her with invaluable insight, which has proven to be beneficial when defending insurers. Her area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Melika has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. 

Personal Interests

Melika’s personal interests include singing, theatre, baking and exploring outdoor trails. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
