About Lawyer

Mr. Greco joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in May, 2015 and practices at the downtown office located at 100 King Street West. Mr. Greco has successfully defended on a wide variety of negligence claims including motor vehicle, property and other personal injury matters. Also, as in house counsel he has argued motions before the Superior Court of Justice and appeared before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal on right to sue Applications. Prior to working with Aviva, he practiced primarily in the area of plaintiff personal injury with a focus on motor vehicle accident benefit and tort claims and work related injuries.  He was a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association from 1997 to 2015.  As plaintiff counsel he appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, conducting trials and arguing civil motions. He has also appeared on several hundred appeals before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Canada Pension Plan Tribunal and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

Personal Interests

Paul has a keen interest in various forms of music (i.e. Jazz, Latin, African, Funk, Rock and Blues) and can play various percussion instruments.
